Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services offered by Teach Me 2 AI. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services and Bookings

Bookings are confirmed when payment is made at the time of booking.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a service.

Some services may be delivered using Zoom for instruction or consultation. You are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Zoom on your device and for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and audio/video equipment are compatible with Zoom.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Payment processing is handled through PayPal.

If payment is not completed, the booking may not be held or confirmed.

Because payments are processed through PayPal, you may also be subject to PayPal's own terms, policies, and dispute procedures.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without charge.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking price will apply.

No-shows may be treated the same as late cancellations.

Any refund, if applicable, will be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment providers, if such fees cannot be recovered.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, Zoom, PayPal, or other third-party services.

Your use of Zoom and PayPal is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Disclaimer

The website and services are provided on an as is and as available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach Me 2 AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
